Franck and I have been meaning to try this amazing sounding endroit called La Ferme de la Ruchotte, but didn’t have the time this summer. Luckily Marjorie has sussed it out for her lucky clients.
Ah-hah! While I am too busy feverishly living life to either; a) think about whether I am living it authentically, or b) breathe, Marjorie is taking care of the business of artful living in Beaune. Check out this new page from her website for the “Dinner With the Cook“.
I will be blogging very soon about the INCROYABLE dinner we had at Marjorie’s lovely apartment in Beaune, but in the meantime here is something to celebrate summer, Frenchitude-style.
You must check out her new website, and, if you are in Beaune, reserve a spot at one of her phenomenal market tours and lunches or dinners with the cook. It will be one of the favorite parts of your trip – promis.
In an effort to show Les Henras a little bit of that Canuck spirit in the summertime, we took a picnic dinner down to the Inner Harbour last night and spent the evening lounging on the Parliament lawns listening to the Symphony Splash concert. It was hard to say what was the best part of the evening – the Tschakovsky overture, Clem’s non-stop dancing, or the glow wands that were AWESOME for light saber battles.
